Our selection of live cattle is based on animal welfare, their physical and mental state. The live cattle must belong to the Brahman white, Brahman red, or Zebu breeds and be between 12 and 30 months old. Additionally, it is important that they have been naturally raised on pastures and certified by the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA).
