Carcass meat
Carcass meat refers to the anatomical structures that remain after a live animal has been slaughtered following the strictest sanitary standards in our certified slaughterhouses. This high-quality meat is used for human consumption.
The carcass represents approximately 53% of the live animal's weight. We offer carcasses of animals between 250 and 350 kg, carefully selected and raised on natural pastures, allowing them to develop their full genetic and nutritional potential.
